I have been really slacking in the teen reading department and I feel as though I've gotten behind on what's cool and hip (Is my age showing? I still feel pretty cool!). I've been a little distracted with scaring myself reading Joe Hill and Gillian Flynn books (movies are coming out for both Hill's Horns and Flynn's Dark Places). Every month I'll post what I'm reading or planning to read. So many great teen books, so little time!
August Reads:
1.) Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor
2.) Fallen by Lauren Kate
3.) The Fault in Our Stars by John Green (don't judge me, I've been finishing my Master's degree and I let this one slip by)
4.) City of Bones by Cassandre Clare
The Mortal Instruments books are good! I'm on book 4 right now. Started reading them last week, and if I can get through them that quickly they must be readable :)
